With over 25 years’ experience in business management and sales, customer service and marketing across diverse industries, Claudia joined the Trident Trust Group in 2020. She currently leads our client relationship team in the BVI and in Brazil, acting as the focal point for communication and service experience for Brazilian private clients.
Claudia holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a MBA in Business & Marketing from the ESPM – Escola Superior de propaganda & Marketing (Brazil). She is also Certified in Relationship Management with Strategic Clients from FIA – Sao Paulo University. She speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
