Daniela Salime Reyes Sosa

Daniela brings over 24 years of professional experience, with more than 15 years dedicated to private wealth and corporate services in Spain, assisting both private and corporate clients. She has extensive experience in managing Spanish entities used for regular business, holding activities (ETVEs) and Real Estate Owned Companies (ReoCo's), as well as acting as a Director on behalf of these entities. Throughout her career, she has led, managed, and executed key operations projects, implementing strategies and processes to enhance daily operations and achieve optimal performance and efficiency.

With over a decade of experience in handling and coordinating real estate operations for funds and asset managers, Daniela has also served as a Director for SPVs of real estate structures in both Spain and Portugal.

Daniela is a qualified Tax Lawyer in Venezuela. She has completed an Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the IE Business School and holds a certification in Advanced Taxation from CEF, both in Spain.
