Our experienced 80-strong team of US fund administration professionals offers hands-on, high touch local service, integrated with our global resources where clients have international requirements. Serving clients across the US, the majority of our team is located in Atlanta, Georgia, with additional relationship management offices in Houston and Miami.

We offer a full range of investor, accounting, administration and regulatory services, across all alternative investment asset classes. The team predominantly provides services to Delaware funds and Cayman/Delaware master/feeder structures, but also services funds domiciled in other jurisdictions such  as the Bahamas and the BVI. The only U.S. funds we do not provide services to are 40 Act funds. 

With fund administration capabilities in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and Bahamas, we are well placed to assist both institutional and emerging managers launch and run their structures for the pooling of international capital. Our Cayman office, established in 1989 and regulated by CIMA, acts as the hub for our Caribbean fund services  

We are experienced in the administration of Cayman's wide range of alternative investment vehicles, including Exempt Companies, Exempt Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and Segregated Portfolio Companies.  We also provide a full suite of services to enable managers of Cayman funds to comply with the local regulatory obligations, including AMLCO and MLRO appointments.

We have a long track-record of working with asset managers across Latin America to establish and administer their international offshore fund structures.  We offer dedicated Portuguese and Spanish speaking personnel, both in relationship management teams in Brazil and Uruguay and also our core fund services delivery teams. 

The structures we principally administer for Latin American clients are the Bahamas range of SMART funds, BVI's private, professional, incubator and approved funds, and Cayman Islands Segregated Portfolio Companies, which offer a flexible, fast and cost-effective way in which to establish a regulated investment fund, particularly when targeting specific niche investment opportunities and incubating new strategies.
