Sally Cox

Prior to joining Trident Trust, Sally was a partner of an international law firm and has also worked at two top tier law firms within the British Virgin Islands. She has over 28 years of experience managing non-contentious corporate and commercial matters, along with providing highly specialised legal advice in matters involving trusts and estate planning, corporate finance, restructuring, project and asset finance, ship, aircraft and film financing, mergers and acquisitions, vessel registration, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. 

 
Sally holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of London, an LEC from the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School and an LL.B. from the University of West Indies. She is a member of the BVI Bar, the Barbados Bar, the St. Kitts & Nevis Bar and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Sally is also a Commissioner of Oaths and Notary Public in the British Virgin Islands.
