Ana Carolina leads the provision of legal services in our Panama office. She is a highly experienced lawyer, admitted to the Panamanian Bar in 2009. She has extensive experience advising local and international companies and foundations, family offices, and private clients in corporate law, tax law, banking & finance law, tax planning, estate planning, corporate structures and reorganizations, and anti-money laundering prevention regime.
Ana Carolina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua (USMA); has a Postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from the Universidad Latina; a Master of Laws in Business Legal Advice along with MBA studies, both at IE Law School in Madrid, Spain; a Diploma in Taxes from UNESCPA, and completed an executive program on international taxation and estate planning at UCEMA in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Ana Carolina ranks in Chambers Latin America as a Next Generation Partner in the Corporate/M&A and Banking and Finance legal practices for Panama. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
