Our BVI office is one of the oldest and largest trust companies in the BVI, with more than 90 staff, and has incorporated and acts as registered agent for a significant proportion of the overall number of active companies on the BVI Register. The office holds a Class I trust licence from the BVI Financial Services Commission, as well as being a licensed fund administrator. It has a 20-strong team providing trust and managed company services.
