Hurricane Irma Update

We are pleased to confirm that all personnel in our BVI office are accounted for and safe, although many suffered significant damage to their homes and possessions during Hurricane Irma.  We have relocated a number of key staff from the BVI to other locations in the Caribbean region and they are working with our global team to provide BVI services.  For all BVI matters please contact one of the following offices: Atlanta, Cyprus, Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Singapore and Zurich.

Both the Registry of Corporate Affairs and BVI Financial Services Commission are fully operational and the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court has announced the temporary relocation of the BVI Commercial Court to Castries in Saint Lucia. Hearings will commence on Monday 25 September.

Due to the damage caused by the hurricane, our BVI office remains closed. Our staff are working to restore operational capacity and we look forward to reopening the office upon the restoration of power and communications to the building.
