BVI Trustee (Amendment) Act 2021

The BVI has recently introduced amendments to the Trustee Act, Cap 303, to modernise and strengthen its trust law regime. The Trustee (Amendment) Act 2021 entered into force on 13 May 2021 and brought the BVI trust law in line with international trust law developments.
