John McAree

John is a Chartered Accountant (FCA ICAEW) having trained with Mazars LLP in the City of London, focusing on Audit, Governance and Risk for financial services entities. John moved to Mauritius in 2013 where he has held several executive positions. In recent years, John has led Financial Services businesses with a heavy focus on investment in Africa. As part of this John has spent a significant amount of time on the continent doing business, mainly in East and Sub-Saharan Africa.
John speaks English, French and Spanish.
