Matthew has worked in the funds industry for over 20 years in a career spanning accounting, client relationship management, operations and project management. Most recently, Matthew has spent a number of years assisting clients list on The International Stock Exchange (TISE).
He has broad experience of both debt and equity listings and has worked with a wide range issuers. In addition to TISE listings, Matthew also specialises in agency services for syndicated debt arrangements, for which Trident provides a full range of facility and/or security agent services.
