BVI Business Companies – New Fees

The Government of the BVI has passed legislation which amends the fees applicable to BVI Business Companies, including the annual government fee. The BVI Government had previously legislated to increase the annual government fee for all BVI companies from 1 July 2017.  However this increase and all other fee increases will now take effect from 1 January 2018.
